The Julia implementation of randmatstat is considerably simpler than the equivalent, without giving up much performance. Planned compiler optimizations will close this performance gap in the future. By design, Julia allows you to range from tight low-level loops, up to a high-level programming style, while sacrificing some performance, but gaining the ability to express complex algorithms easily. This continuous spectrum of programming levels is a hallmark of the Julia approach to programming and is very much an intentional feature of the language. Designed for Parallelism and Cloud Computing Julia does not impose any particular style of parallelism on the user. Instead, it provides a number of, making it flexible enough to support a number of styles of parallelism, and allowing users to add more. Sadly to announce Wondrous Cubic System R.I.P. What a change. Blessed EWA goes at 9.5m (which is already overpriced) but making them using Cubic is still 'worth' it because you save a bit of adena. Now with the new prices, making enchant scrolls is again way more expensive than actual market value. 'Funny' to see that Blessed EAS are actually made cheaper. The most incredible change on this system is that it removes the chances for everybody to get cheaper enchants. It's nice that the (B)EAR/(B)EWR are getting cheaper, although making EAR with Cubics even in current system gives you EAR that cost more than market price. Ever since the revamp of the Cubic System (which removed D/C grade and added R grade) I never pulled a Shiny Fragment, neither a Weapon Fragment ever. And the rates of receiving R-Grd Armor Fragment are so low that sometimes I question why I still click all my cubics each morning. Any info on the rates of the new 'Dye fragment?' I kept Duelist Spirit when I awakened instead of learning Berserker. Duelist Spirit does not get expanded levels in Valiance scaling to level 99 unlike other skills (triple sonic slash, sonic rage etc). I re-enchanted it to +20 over the course of leveling from 85 to 99 pre-Valiance. When Valiance goes live, what is going to happen to this skill? Will it stay +20, will it get reset? Or will I be able to continue to enchant it as from my reading only skills that were scaled to level 99 are prohibited from enchanting. Further if the prohibition on enchanting was for unawakened characters, as I am already awakened am I exempt from the enchanting lockout? As a side note the skills that get replaced automatically on my class (Hurricane Storm / Hurricane Blaster) which are currently +10, do I get Chaos Codex similar to when the Dagger classes lost Plunder in Lindvior? The Duelist Spirit +20 enchant should stay, but you won't be able to enchant the skill any more regardless of being awakened or not. Juji, please check what people have been discussing about the Command Channels in the Antharas and Valakas raids on Rochand: There is possibly a mistranslation.It has been re-written. A maximum of 2 Command Channels can enter the raid. What exactly the area cover? Does it mean i have to completely change zone?It covers quite a large area, so changing zones would definitely bypass the penalty. I don't know the time needed before you have to move though. The 98 character raid boss limit change. It is so small groups couldn't ninja/camp the bosses from large clans who spent time organizing 100-200 people. That rarely happens in NA, but I imagine it's a common problem in K-land. So we get the change anyway. Do they care it'll make NA even more stale and boring? Do they care super-DDs fed billions in Adena from previous patch exploits are so far ahead of now adena starved players? I'd make more crying and complaining statements. But it's same old same old for 10 years now. You've heard it already. After I do read through the Patch Notes, I can say, that we will get some extremely good new contents, some extremely good changes, but also we will get some weird thing. Like I also don't know, that if in Korea they need 200m SP for 1 Skill Point, why do we need 250m? As I do play the game mostly I do like the changes and for sure it will a good update. But what I don't really like it is the Olympiad system in the Valiance update. Look people in the past the different 34 classes on Class Based matches got class focused matches, while now we get only 'class type focused' matches. Under this I understand, that a Tyrr Maestro or an Othell Fortune Seeker will easy target a Class Based Oly, because in their class type all the classes except them will get PvP boosts skills while the Dwarfs only PVE boosts skills, what is maximally OK as we look the gameplay, but in the Olympiad this will result high unbalance, Tyrr Maestro and Othell Fortune Seeker already much weaker than their rival classes. Personally I think these are the only negative changes in the update except these I'm welcoming every changes. The bobbles in-game mean nothing to me until I have attained my first level goals. It’s Simple Psychology. (Maslo's hierarchy of need). Meet the need then people will want the social and artistic items more. Why do clans not automatically have a clan hall? (In SWG, every clan had a CH and all the players could by a house. I LOVED this. The clientele did too. It was one of my fore-most enjoyable pastimes, setting them up and buying stuff for them. I also loved that skills were not clothes so I could wear anything. The stats were the character, the clothing just for show. I have spoken to people who played it and they All AGREED with me. (O Right we're not bots. Nm then) I am serious with this question, It has been my number one goal to build up Mystic valor. We've gained our lvl goals and are now ready to apply the rest of our skills to clan. Am I to understand that because Im dont have a never ending credit limit and or time, I cant even hope to compete for a clan hall now? Merit means nothing? Why play a game I cant hope to even succede in? (I dont hope to WIN, I just want to succeed.) Maybe now is a bad time to poste. I know there may be good stuff in this patch. But this was the ONE hope I had for this patch. I shouldnt poste when im tired from a long week. Uhg bbl, and sorry for the negative nancy.
